Shipping and Packaging:
Shipping cost is final. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Your toy or game will be carefully wrapped in shipping paper or bubble wrap, sealed within a shipping box. Our toys and games will ship in appropriate size boxes or water proof bubble wrap envelopes.
For collectors, unless otherwise stated, assume the packaging for this item is in good (may have flaws) to near mint condition. We cannot guarantee mint packaging and will not accept returns for packaging flaws (dents/bends/creases/dings/imperfect corners). If you need mint packaging contact us at the time of your purchase and we will select the best packaging we have available for you.
Returns:
All sales are final. We will not accept any returns unless approved and notice has been sent to customer. J5 Toys is happy to provide a 30 day store credit return policy. Return claims will be reviewed and each claim is on a case by case basis. As stated in our shipping policy, shipping cost is not refundable. We will not accept returns for packaging flaws. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless stated otherwise by us. We can only accept returns on unopened items (still in the sealed, original retail packaging). We do not charge a re-stocking fee for any applied store credit. In the event of a credit / cash refund, customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee for returned orders. For opened toys or games that have a manufacturer defect discovered at the time of delivery, we will not be able to except returns. Customer will need to contact the manufacturer. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for return requests submitted without photos at the time of the return request.
